Professional profile

When something needs sorting, I get into the operation.

My career started with a heavy vehicle apprenticeship and developed from the workshop floor into fleet, engineering and operational leadership. I enjoy getting into busy operations, understanding what is getting in the way and helping good people get things moving again.

I understand the business decision, the operational impact and the technical detail. That means looking beyond one fault or process and seeing how the workshop, depot, fleet, suppliers and wider operation affect each other.

Clear priorities. Better control. Vehicles back out working. Today, I support transport and commercial vehicle organisations to improve availability, engineering delivery and operational performance.
